The post-op photos won't be available till early next year. Here are some for
the meantime. John has 4 areas of Traction Alopecia from hairpiece use for many
years. He is a NW7, but only wants restoration of the hairpiece-induced areas
of hair loss. He underwent a procedure of just under 100 grafts in about two hours
to the area of loss on the right-hand side of his scalp.
Photos are preop, and one day post-op. You can see the post-op donor and recipient
area. I had to shave the harvested donor area a little closer to get a good view
of hair angulation for the extraction, so it looks a little strange.

He was healed to the naked eye in 5 days, but it took two weeks and another haircut
for the area to look 100% natural. If I had shaved the entire donor area to a
short length initially, he would have been completely and undetectably healed
to the naked eye in less than a week.
