madmartha's Hair Loss Story
I was about 22 when I began to notice my hair thinning, by 25 I knew it was serious and not stopping. I tried a topical solution on the market for women and consulted a few hair clubs but mostly try to cover it up with hats now. I did buy a laser comb and use it occasionally but not as regular as recommended. I couldn't afford the surgery procedure but not comfortable with shaving my head for the glue on pieces either. I am trying to come to terms with my hair loss, it it is a strange kind of grieve like the loss of a friend. I don't know how else to describe it.
