I noticed my hair thinning at the temples and in the crown region of my scalp during high school. I've always shed a lot of hair and have found lots of hair on my pillow in the morning or in the shower but I noticed it getting worse. I started taking propecia a couple months after turning 18 and have been taking it for about 4 months now. After starting to take propecia, I have been shedding extra for a straight couple of months(from my second until now). I'm still wondering if it will go away or if propecia isn't right for me. I just started using Nizoral shampoo because I just read about it on this website so hopefully that does something to it.
