20 year old African American college male whom has no history of family hairloss. After entering college, I began to thin rapidly along my hairline and crown. I've had a scalp biopsy and the dermatologist told me that my hairloss isn't hereditary however there may be early signs of scarring alopecia (from what though? Never grew hair long enough to have tight hairstyles). I've recently been to see a rheumatologist where I had blood work done and I am awaiting results. Prior to college I was always active and my mother made sure I ate healthy. I feel as though it could be my diet.
