You wrote about switching to human ones in another thread.
Plant exosomes are useless. I hope you have better luck with human ones.
Keep us posted and good luck.
I have been taking spironolactone 200mg/day + 2mg estradiol for seven days and feel better than on E2 injections.
But I seem to understand why. Before switching to spironolactone, I took a blood test for aldosterone and cortisol and was surprised to see that both hormones were well above the reference value...
As Kevin has shown, the drug has a good safety profile, especially if we take into account that it is used twice a week.
No side effects were reported by the subjects.
Some years, 4 I think, I'm too lazy to look at the records.
I'm not giving up E, but for now I won't do injections, I'll continue taking sublingually 2mg/day + spironolactone + minoxidil + metformin. This is another experiment.
Introducing Mr. Slap Head and losingbattle88 who created and likes himself. In case you didn't know - it's the same clown )))
You gave yourself away.
And this clown seriously thinks he can control something)))) All you can do is f*** yourself.
At the start, for the first few weeks 100mg/day, in the morning after meals. Then you can increase the dosage, but I recommend not more than 200mg/day.
I also started spironolactone and canceled E2 injections.
My regimen changes from time to time, I'm still experimenting.
The best result in terms of hair growth was on E2 + cyproterone + dutasteride + oral minoxidil.
But I couldn't keep it for long, I felt I was losing my health.
