I’m trying to understand the best route going forward. I don’t quite understand which AA would be best suited to me as they all have varying side effects. What I want to do is lower my T substantially

I do respond to these treatments. I have regrowth on my temples from the RU and OM, my problem is my hair hasn’t stabilised from finasteride or dutasteride. I know I’m a responder to finasteride/dutasteride because otherwise I’d be slick bald right now if I never started them.
My diet is locked in. No nutritional deficiencies, no scalp inflammation. Current stack is dutasteride 1mg, OM 5mg, RU 5% 1ml. Still thinning and losing density after almost 2 years.
Are oral anti androgens like spironolactone a last resort for guys who don’t stabilise on dutasteride/min/RU? ‘Cause that’s me right now, and I don’t know what to do anymore.
Happy to hear it’s going well for you so far. Have you noticed any shedding? I increased my dose of dutasteride to 1mg at the beginning of Feb, and I regret it. Libido increased which means my T has gone up. Been shedding too.
I’ve decided to finally switch back to finasteride starting today.
Bro, you need to get a competent trichologist to properly inspect your scalp. You’re not seeing results with finasteride/dutasteride or min because of your scalp inflammation. Get a diagnosis
