because dht is not the only androgen that causes hair loss, and regardless dutasteride does not block out all scalp dht. so a topical anti androgen is necessary. if youre only going to do two things, a 5ar and topical anti androgen should be those two things.

hows your experience being on dutasteride for 14 years??? that information is invaluable as there are pretty much no long term studies. by the nature of your post it sounds like youve at least kept your hair?

f*** all this noise bro. use dutasteride 0.5, oral minoxidil, and then an anti androgen like ru58841 or pyrilutamide. and stick with it for the rest of your life.
