50 yrs. old, have had 4 hair transplant surgeries (donor strip method), very thin hair typical of male pattern baldness. Seeking advice on donor scar repair to be able to buzz cut to a #3 cut. In the meantime, I'm looking for a non-sls and other non-harmful chemical shampoo that will help existing hair look thicker or fuller.
