Leave it on your head for 5 minutes and rinse it off as usual to get rid of seborrhea or just dirt from your scalp; a clean scalp promotes hair growth though, of course, if you’re genetically bald, this won’t help you.

Shampoos are great for scalp health, but they aren't magic bullets. I’ve found that combining Ketoconazole with a scalp massage routine and checking my Vitamin D levels made a much bigger difference than just switching brands. It's definitely a marathon, not a sprint.
