Small Thin Hairs In Hairline That Stopped Growing

I don't think it's normal. There used to be filled hair there. But I could try that, thank you.

Small Thin Hairs In Hairline That Stopped Growing

So I have the V-shaped norwood 2 kind of hairline, so it's not that terrible. The thing I noticed was that while those parts look completely bald from afar, if I look really close, there's very tiny thin hairs that seems to refuse to grow. It probably would fill up my hairline if those actually...

Is Hair Loss More Noticeable Once You've Gone Through It?

I only have a norwood 2, I think. It's not that bad, and it's not that noticeable. I don't even take an active effort in hiding it. I just have the fringe I've had for a long time, and that happens to hide it on its own mostly. Now, my older brother (who's 24, I'm 20 in a few days), doesn't have...

    I still don't get this?

Where Am I On The Whole Norwood Thing?

That's cool. And yeah, I always think I look better with long hair. I was going to regrow it. I just don't like how my hair gets a bit wavy. Granted, after the bit of hair loss I got, I learned not to take it for granted. I'll probably try Finasteride eventually.

Where Am I On The Whole Norwood Thing?

Thank you. Just trying to be more sure. Like I said, I've heard many different things. From "shave it all off, your hair is without hope" essentially to "you basically have a full head of hair".

Where Am I On The Whole Norwood Thing?

I made a post about being depressed over it, but I'm curious to know where I'm at. Maybe it's just the way I style my hair (which means not much at all, wake up and run my hand through it so it's mostly flat), but people usually don't notice unless my hair is brushed back. It's weird since hair...

Early December Vs. Today: How’s It Looking?

There isn't much there yet to say, it's still basically norwood 1, or even 0 (I'm not good at figuring that out). Just check if you're losing a lot of hair, whether it's your pillow, shower, and comb or brush.

Early December Vs. Today: How’s It Looking?

That's true, you can lose a lot quite fast. Or it just seems that way because you don't notice or pay attention to that kind of thing until it becomes a problem.

Balding At 19 And Depressed About It... *sighs*

Yup. That's how it is. But it's not just high-pitched. I straight up sound like a girl (or little boy, depending on the interpretation). Speaking out loud to a crowd is never fun. I just pitch it down a bit.

Balding At 19 And Depressed About It... *sighs*

My main issue was people always saying I kinda look like a girl. And when your voice is high-pitched, that makes things more difficult. Though I will say the really short haircuts I never liked. Too cold, and at the point where I'd shave my head (which is what I think you mean), there's not much...

Should This Be Interpreted As Early Signs Of Male Pattern Baldness? Where Do I Go From Here?

Testosterone doesn't have much to do with balding, but rather how sensitive you are to it. Males who have low levels can still lose hair. The only males who wouldn't be affected because of their levels are castrated men, who would have almost no testosterone.

Balding At 19 And Depressed About It... *sighs*

I did. My hair was long before. I just cut it short. My hair was actually longer before, as you can see in the picture here (the other two pictures are just to show the level of recession). I heard transplant isn't a good idea. If you recede more, you have healthy hair but less hair further...

My Dad Started Balding At The Age Of 17. Am I Following Him?

Isn't NW2 more recession on the corners? It'd be a V like Leonardo Dicaprio?
