I just placed an order with inhouse pharmacy. I don't see how anyone could think it's anywhere near as expensive as Costco or any other U.S. pharmacy, especialy if you get the 5 mg tablets and just split them into 4 pieces. Dirt cheap and nothing but good reviews anywhere online.
