So I've been taking it Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday, instead of EOD. Do you think it's fine like this or EOD is a better option? Thanks.

I'm on it for 13 years. Did some blood work in February, ALT, AST and GGT were all in the normal reference range. But I also don't drink alcohol and I take care of my body: exercise, avoid bad foods and drink lots of water. So I guess that may help too.
