Being over weight / being on the fuller side won't always be the awnser for some men as we can see. Maybe he does have higher aromatiziation but on his scalps anatomy and overall environment we can Cleary see he's bald.
Now this is a cis male whos on the 'fuller' side I've personally in real life seen these type of guys myself to where they're are over weight but have no hairloss and can grow their beards BUT -
