DPA (Diffuse Patterned Alopecia) progressing to NW5 pattern? Present hairline Norwood 2 to 2.5 I would guess
Family History: mother's side: Grandfather was NW3 at 73 when he died, father's side: Unlce is NW5 at 88 (began thinning late 70s), no other history.
Regimen:
finasteride 1mg Daily (since October 16, 2012)
Minoxidil 5% Twice a day (11/24/2013 - 4/20/2014, 5/5/2014-12/1/2014)
