First want to say, thanks to all the smart people contributing on this forum and interpreting the latest research/studies for ways in which we might be able to practically apply.
I’ve been giving myself a crash course over the last month but I still have a lot to learn.
My primary goal is to...
Hey,
I want to add PGE2 to my regimen.
Do you know any relible source to buy it from?
What is the fair price for PGE2?
And is there some guide on how to apply PGE2? I have read hellouser's guide for RU. It was very clear and simple. It would be nice to read same instructions about PGE2 too
https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-019-43242-2
this article explains the contribution of microneedling alone to hair growth.
Unexpected hair growth can occur after tissue injury. The pathogenic mechanism for this phenomenon is unknown but is likely related to inflammatory mediators. One...
If PGD2 is 12x higher in balding scalp and PGE2 is only 30% lower in balding scalp, then why do people like @westonci have more success using stuff that promotes PGE2 than stuff that is against PGD2? Thanks guys.
Since bald(ing) men have a higher level of PGD2 by about 3x, would OC000459 work to prevent PGD2 from attacking the hair follicles? Im personally using 50mg oral bicalutamide + 2.5mg dutasteride + RU58841 and they have all helped but I am still losing hair by the day. If I add OC00459 to my...
Since PGE2 is pro-inflammatory but also pro-hair...
Is it possible to apply too much PGE2 topically and in return, it leading to having no effect or even an opposite effect?
Any thoughts welcome.
Has anyone who is strictly on Seti or PGE2 lost sleep and not regained it?
I've read plenty of people who got permanent insomnia from finasteride and minoxidil by themselves but I haven't seen it being permanent in Seti or PGE2.
I really want to try it but not if insomnia can be permanent. I...
Hey,
I'm taking dutasteride, RU (1ml 8% once a day) and minoxidil (2x day) and I'm still losing hair. How it's possible? I'm 22 years old and I'm shedding since I'm 13.
Only minoxidil gave me some result and I regrew quite a lot of hair but it's losing effectiveness.
I have DUPA and I think I'm more...
Hi all
Can somebody explain why we shouldn't apply PGE1 and PGE2 at the same time?
I understand that PGE1 is anti-inflammatory and that PGE2 is inflammatory.
So they are in that way opposites.
But does that then, per definition, mean that we cannot apply them together?
They both have benefits...
THC:
A couple of studies – such as this one and this one – have suggested that cannabis use lowers levels of testosterone. Other studies, though, suggest it has no effect- such as this one.
This is study https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6249575 - have suggested that delta 9-THC, and CBN...

First post here so hey everyone.
So we have evidence that caffeine can stimulate hair follicle growth as we have that study that shows it's efficacy in 0.2% topical (I know it's funded by Wolff, but is it really sane to say the results are faked?). However, I was doing some extra reading about...
Hello everyone,
I have decided to add Seti and PGE2 to my regimen. I am already applying Regaine foam in the mornings and Kirkland liquid + RU (50mg) at night.
I am not sure how and when to incorporate Seti and PGE2 to what I am already using. Can I just mix RU, Seti and PGE2 in Minoxidil or...
I'm trying to track down PGE2 but I don't know exactly what I'm looking for. According to Wikipedia PGE2 is apparently also known as dinoprostone, which is a gel you can easily buy, but that's not what people are using on their scalps, right?
Searching for the CAS number, I've found various...
I read about prostaglandins on the SwissTemples site here:
http://swisstemples.com/the-prostaglandin-protocol/
http://swisstemples.com/prostaglandin-chart/
As I understand it, PGD2 is inflammatory and bad for the follicles. PGE2 is apparently protective of the follicle, although I have not...
This case in this late 2015 study quite impressed me / "Topical Diclofenac 3% Gel for Actinic Keratosis May Induce Terminal Hair in Male Androgenetic Alopecia: A Report of Three Cases"...
I am looking to start a PGE2 group buy. I have a company that will synthesize it for me. We can get it third party tested. The company is a U.S one so the price is kind of high but we could get it in 2 weeks about once its paid for. Im looking for at least 9 people. At that amount it would cost...
