So, I have a chance to try topical dutasteride lotion 0.1% + adenosine 1%. Vehicle - 95% Alcohol + PPG + Water.

I read some anecdotal stories, people were saying that Dutasteride molecules are too big, so topical lotion won't penetrate well, also there was a story, one guy tried topical dutasteride and he said that it was as strong as f*** (don't remember the concentration he used).

So, it looks like adenosine should help with absorption and 0.1% solution doesn't look that strong, right?

What do you think guys?

You want to try 1mg/ml dutasteride? Pretty sure it’s the active derivstvrs of dutasteride that are responsible for most of the enzyme blocking. Plus with its long half life and guaranteed systemic absorption this is just a bad idea

It takes like 4 months to clear your system. I’d say topical finasteride is a much better alternative since finasteride is more active than its metabolites unlike dutasteride

Yeah.

But it isn't really clear how much of Dutasteride will go systemic.

Found that thread on hairloss help site. That guy was using topical dutasteride + topical finasteride for 5 months (no pics of course) and he states that on 5th month his loss has reduced dramatically. To me, it looks like topical finasteride has started to work and it's quite hard to tell whether topical dutasteride contributed to overall success at all.
