What do you guys think about using only 1% minoxidil instead of 2% or 5%? I got bad side effects (chest pain) from the 5% and assume that my body reacts very sensitive to Minoxidil in general. I tried to lower the dosis and only apply once per day, but unfortunately the chest pain remained and only went away completely when I stopped minoxidil.
As my hair is getting worse and worse and I'm really desperate, I'm now thinking about using 1% Minoxidil (found a product from KeratinMD which has also other ingredients eg Emu oil in it). I'm aware that 1% most likely is less effective but still better than nothing I assume...
Any experience with this? Any thoughts? Would be much appreciated...
