10 Days From My hair transplant And New Fu Look Like Black Head!

I'm really worried about my hair transplant.
A lot of my transplanted hair aren't growing at all!
They are like small black heads as you can see in the pic.
I'm very worried. I never saw something like this in the report. Usually all the hair (native and transplanted)grow for some time after surgery before falling. In my case, they are there, like dead bodies!

Baucase you are very prepared on this topic, I really need your opinion. Please, help me!
PS: the pic is seven days post surgery. Now I'm at day 10 but nothing changed

I think those are scabs.

Normal.

Go on YT and understand more about hair tranplant.

Worse part yet to come; the shedding.

Thanks Frontal,
I studied a lot hair transplant but the problem is that I do not have any personal experience.
I started to lose some hairs at day 14 (now I'm at 19 and I stopped to lose hair).
The lost hairs are really attached in the pic below and, considering I'm not losing hair any more, I'm scared that I lost some grafts.
