Hallo,

im 29 years old and suffering from Hairloss since 10 years. I am using propecia since 8 years and was able to stop hairloss now. I want to do a hair transplant and was suggested to do a 1000 FUE Grafts transplant. Would this be enough to cover my hairloss? What do you think about my donor region?
Thank you for your help

You have a weird hair loss. Only crown!
I think your donor is OK, maybe a bit thin...
Honestly? Use toppik, don't transplant. You don't need it.

Thank you for your reply. I am using Toppik but i feel so uncomfortable with my situation that i really want to do something. Do you think that 1000 Grafts would solve my hair problem?

Theoretically it would.
The issue is you are going to transplant ON areas that are not devoid of hair.
This means you risk shock loss of what is already there. Do you want to take that risk for a marginal improvement of the overall situation?
This is what happened to @buckthorn, who may give you a hint of advice...

I heard about this problem. I heard that in most cases the shock lost-hair will grow back. I feel so uncomfortable that i will take that risk. My surgeon is very experienced.

Can somebody give me a second opinion about 1000 Grafts? Im concernd that 1000 Grafts won't be enough to cover my bald spots. I really don't want to see bald spots on my head after the surgery.
Thank you so much for your help
