10mg of minoxidil oral or only 5mg per day ?

hello, I am 19 years old, and since two weeks I have gone nuclear, after 8 months of using finasteride, I noticed that my libido had strongly increased, my skin became more oily, as well as my hair, and I was losing my hair again
So I stayed at 1mg every day, taking duta (0.5mg) when I only take 1mg of finasteride, and on the days that I don't take duta, I take 1mg of finasteride in the morning and evening.
Since I added duta to my regimen, I also take oral minoxidil, 5mg per day, but sometimes I take two tablets, increasing to 10mg each day. But I would like to definitely switch to 10mg oral minoxidil, but would like to know if the results are really better with 10mg oral minoxidil instead of 5mg
