12 Months on finasteride and no improvement

Its now been 12 months since i've been taking Finpecia from Inhouse. Unfortunately, i have yet to see any kind of improvement, in fact i think it has got worse.
I did not take any photos at the start so cannot show anyone here if it had made any difference. The reason i think it has not improved my hair especially at the front is that i have been getting comments from friends about my hairloss. 12 months ago people did not notice much.
I do not see any hope for me on finasteride and maybe its because i am now 37 years old.

My current Regime is:
1mg Finpecia
5% minoxidil liquid once a day along hairline
2% Nizoral once a week
1500mg MSM
Multivitamins
Fish Oils
Green tea

The reason I use minoxidil once a day is that it causes irritation and can only use it before bedtime. nizoral has a similar affect on my skin.

Is it wise to continue on finasteride or do i have no hope?

And if Propecia doesn't work, the next logical step is dutasteride. Side effects could be serious, though.

definitely wouldn't trust that online generic stuff. if you're hard up for cash split proscar.

But most people claim Finpecia has the same effects as propecia.
So u saying Finpecia from Inhouse is fake?

I'm in the same boat. Been on 1.25 of fincar from Inhouse for a year now and I see little to no improvement. I cant help but wonder would my results be different if I had gotten a prescription.

Another thing; I recently ordered another years worth of Finacar from Inhouse and a couple days later I get a call from them saying you card didnt go through, go back online and order again. So I order again only to find out they lied(?) and the first transaction DID go through. I called to get the double charge taken off but was told BOTH orders had been processed and shipped! No offer to return one of them for a refund, of course. Now I'm stuck with two years worth of Fincar that hasent proven to be at all effective. Inhouse has left a bad taste in my mouth to say the least.

switch to dutasteride if after 12 months you dont see any results...
i would recommend the real deal : avodart...
if you want to take cheaper replicas , then dutas are the best option...

I'm five months on online 5mg finasteride. Are you telling me that it was a waste? Because it seems like there are so many different views on literally everything hair-loss related on this website.

as such, and I think my hair loss has only progressed ever since.

Can someone please mention their personal experience in relation to this ?

I thought finasteride + minoxidil was supposed to at least maintain the existing hair ...... how do some movie stars maintain
it otherwise though ?

Also, I've started dermarolling now as well since I'm really worried about the vast diffuse hair thinning on top and near crown (anyone here with the same issue ?).
