1500mg Saw Palmetto - is this more effective than Nizoral s?

Hi all.
Im 25 an have noticed over the last 6 months the front of my hair is thinner - mainly in the middle,
- my hair line has only receded slightly

i want to stick to natural treatments to stop the hair thinning.
So i read Saw Palmetto blocks DHT production - which meants to cause hair loss,

i can buy SawPalmetto in 1500mg tablets

But i read on here that Nizoral shampoo is vital for any hair loss treatment.


So as i have only thinned slightly on the front/hairline, will Nizoral shampoo (2%) be enough to prevent further hair thinning/loss.

or is Saw Palmetto 1500mg tablets the better option?

I was using Saw Palmetto for a year and honestly I didn't experience anything apart from a spike in libido for a few weeks.

On the other hand,there is one study which states that Nizoral 2% can be as effective as Minoxidil 2%.

My advice to you would be,dont rely solely on Saw Palmetto as quite often it does jackshit.Maybe try to use it in combination with MIN or MIN and nizoral.
