16 months on dutasteride and still shedding

Been taking dustasteride daily since June 2020, as well as using minoxidil daily and dermarolling every 2 weeks. Ever since I've been using dutasteride my constant shedding hasn't stopped and I haven't experienced any regrowth either. Did have some results when I was using only minoxidil as it stopped my shedding almost completely for the first 4 months or so, but after that the shedding went back to what it was before I started using it. Even after adding dutasteride and later on dermarolling my shedding hasn't stopped at all and has stayed at around 50-100 hairs a day lost depending on the length of my hair. Not really sure what to do as it feels like I'm not taking anything at all as my hair loss is continuing regardless and I'm not seeing any results.

How does it go now? I am at the 8 month mark. Below baseline and finasteride seemed to work better for me. Thinking about switching back..

for me dutasteride is amazing, i take duta in combinaison with finasteride and oral minoxidil too
