16 Year Old Slightly Receding Hairline, Unsure Whether Its Pattern Baldness Or Not.

I'm a 16 year old boy going to turn 17 in about 3 months. I have a receding hairline for about a year now. My right side has slighlty more receded than the left side as you can see in the pictures. I'm not sure whether its male pattern baldness or not. If it is than at what stage am I? And what remedies should I start? My father also has pattern baldness. Also I want to know at what age will it worsen and will I have hair at least till early or middle 20s if its pattern baldness.

As it is right now your hair is good. Norwood 2 probably a bit under. The fact you are 16 and your dad has male pattern baldness is not a good sign. It is impossible to tell where you will end up. If you can make it to at least 18 with similar hair you will be in a good situation. Pray to any god that will hear you to keep your hair until then.

Ok thanks for the reply. Do you have any idea what solution I can try to slow down the hair loss?
