Ever since about 6 months ago i started losing hair at temples, no where else, not that much

all of a sudden now, i am losing a lot more hair .. a lot.. i think

my hair feels different when i run my hand through it and its obvious im balding

i never really treated my hair with anything and just started using progaine shampoo. can someone tell me some products to buy to fight DHT inhibitors and some anit-inflammatory things, i notice my hair is quite oily since i am a teen.

When i comb thru my hair usually 1 or 2 hairs come out so after 10 minutes of doing it there are like 40 hairs, it is very annoying, and really need some advice.

i want to save my hair since it is early, please help.

Get Nizoral shampoo asap, 1/3days. You may want to see a dermatologist. Are you thinning just on top or on the sides too? If you're sure its MBP, consider minoxidil and spironolactone, after researching sheds and follicle dependency from Min, and hormonal side effects from spironolactone.

At your age, the best solution is to go completely topical (meaning dont take any pills).

Sprio - Blocks DHT
minoxidil - Regrows
Dr. Lee's Xandrox - Regrows - may block DHT.
Copper Peptides (Folligen, Tricomen) - Promote heathly scalp, may block DHT
Nizoral Shampoo - Promotes healthy scalp, may help with regrowth.

When you turn 18 or 19, then start Finasteride

Second. Dont obsess. Don't comb your hair for 10 minutes, you're probably only encouraging the hairloss.

go to a dermatologist and get yourself propecia, if you start halting the hairloss now you will thank yourself later

james, save your money, your time, and your hair, get yourself propecia. out of all that stuff, only minoxidil has been shown to regrow even one hair, but minoxidil is a huge pain in the *** and it doesn't help that much if you use it with propecia

however, if you feel the need to get this stuff then i will help you

none of that stuff requires a prescription and most of it you can get at a pharmacy, if you want "doctor lees" crap then you have go to his site.

He's 17, zak. No competent doctor is gonna give him a prescription for Propecia, and for good reason. Hes too young to be messing with his hormones.

http://www.minoxidil.com
http://www.folligen.com

read up in the forums and on hairlosstalk.com's main page. We get five guys like you a day so spoon feeding is one thing we dont do. You can find a vast wealth of information through the [img=http://www.hairlosstalk.com/discussions/templates/subSilver/images/icon_mini_search.gif] Search function. Oh, and no prescriptions nesssiary.

James im 17 2 hairloss sucks. I dont think you need all the crap on your hair. Try to start small. Maybe just

Generic Rogaine (Minoxidill)
Nizoral Shampoo
Tricomin Spray

And you cant use propecia cause ur 17 I guarentee you that your doctor will not write you a prescription. Just be on the safe side and stay away from propecia. Just look at the product reviews on this site and see what you think is the best for your situation.

Dude, what part of 'five guys like you a day' did you not understand?

Christ, bombsci told you what they did, I told you where to buy it, and you're still asking what they do and where to buy it!!

So you havent researched? Go research! Read http://www.hairlosstalk.com, the post in my tag, do searches. The truth is out there.
