It suggests that increased levels of the enzymes 17b-HSD, 3a-HSD, 3b-HSD could all cause increase levels of DHT in the scalp.
If this is true are there inhibitors for these enzymes? And could inhibiting them provide a further decrease in DHT for people already taking dutasteride/finasteride?
