Get on HRT. Become a female. Are you stupid kid? Get on finasteride 1mg oral at least. Consider adding oral minoxidill too. Or try just finasteride at first then later add oral miboxidill if need be.

First, get a blood test measuring your DHT levels before starting anything. 1mg oral finasteride daily, topical minoxidil twice a day (except the day you dermaroll, only once that day) dermaroll temple area/hairline with 1.5 mm roller once a week. Do all of these things for 6 months. Get a blood test for DHT again. If lower than the first time, continue on. If not, come back.

Finasteride and Rogaine will slow the process down but not stop it. The goal is to slow it down until something better comes along.
Your hair still looks good so take the advice above and get on Finasteride and Rogaine. Sorry that is the best we have in 2025...50 year old drugs.

Finasteride. dutasteride is strong stuff. U need to see if u get side effects from finasteride.
