Hey can you guy's tell which type of hairfall this is.
Last year also i went through similar situation and doctor said it was telogen effluvium because i had suffered from jaundice at that time.
He prescribed minoxidil and biotin, which did their job and hairfall stopped.
But again hairfall started rapidly after i severed from high fever twice within a single month.

I am currently using minoxidil 5% and have no plan for finasterid.
Waiting for the results of minoxidil

I think it looks fine, especially since you are blasting your scalp at max light. I've noticed that your type of hair (dark, coarse hair) usually has thin hair on the sides. However, I might be wrong about the crown. It's always tricky to detect crown thinning in the early stages, since it can very easily be confused with a cowlick. I'd say, keep an eye on it, it's unclear to me if it really is crown thinning. Or if you intend to act now, you can get a finasteride prescription, I'm 18 as well and I'm taking it with no sides for temple recession.

Yep you get it right. My hair has always been thin on sides.
But at the centre part my hair has reduced last year due to telogen effluvium ( suffered from jaundice and was admitted to hospital, heavy medication and sh*t). After Telogen Effluvium my hairfall becomes zero and also had some regrowth.
But out of nowhere again fairhall started from September and it was excessive, if i could wave my hand 5 6 hair would come out easly.
And also seen some more thinning at crown.
I was also having excess dandruff so decided to shave my head off and stared applying minoxidil 5% and dermarolling 2 3 times weak and its been 25 days.
