19 Years Old Trying To Figure If My Hairline Got Worse Over The Course Of 8 Months

A little bit of background, I am 19 years old and last year I started noticing signs of balding even though my dad's side is full of hair, basically everyone norwood 1 or 2, and on my mom side no one got past norwood 3 yet my maternal grandfather is dead and I never met him so idk how his hair was.

So I have a buzz cut and got two pictures around 8-9 months apart and I need your help to figure out if it got worse.

000119 is the most recent one.

I know it might not really look like balding, but my hair used to be completely norwood 1 yet now it is norwood 2-ish, also idk if it's important but I can't really grow a beard.

It looks better. Compare your temples in each and it looks straighter now than before

Hair is longer in the second pic. Without treatments Id say its practically impossible for it to be better.

At the minimum, it has not changed.

And do you think I should start treatment? And if I should, what exact treatment?
