1mg 3x A Week Or 0.5 Everyday? Word Limit

Not sure what I should do. Hairloss show says to do 1 mg 3x a week, anyone have experience with this? just looking to maintain.

was originally going to do 0.5 a day.

i would do .5 a day, bc 1. finasteride has a short half life and 2. your hormones will fluctuate too much
