2 half weeks into it

hey guys i finally started takin my first prexcription of proscar
splitting the pill was a breeze wit the pill splitter i picked up from a local pharmacy
well this is my report so far

after starting, i noticed ZERO hairs falling out in the shower., like NONE
usually i could literally sit there and pull stacks outta my head and make a small pile on my table! haha
so thats a good sign
the itching has definately decreased, although i do get a slight tingle here and there, still, its decreased compared to what it used to be
i was always scared that it would affect my sex life but not at all. still humping like a rabbit wit no problems so far

also another thing i was hoping someone could "shed" more light on.
ive heard on thes forums that proscar makes u shed at the beginning. how early does this happen? does it happen to everybody? when should i expect it? cos like i mention above, ive had zero hairs falling out...

sounds like my experience, everything suddenly stopped falling out within a week or so of starting propecia, everything was pretty stable i guess for 3 months, I had a few come out in the shower, but maybe around 5-10, but then at exactly 3 months, BOOM, looked like I went bald overnight when i showered tho my hair looked the same. I knew I had to tough it out from these forums and things have been off and on for next month, now on month 5, everything its pretty stable again, had a shorter then usual haircut, but looks like its still maintained if not a tad thicker then last summer when i was still in denial about it my hairloss. I'm happy to keep the results I got now for a few years. So if or when a shed hits u, just keep ur chin up, and just know its ur body responding to the meds.
