2 Mg Estrogen Or 10 Mg Oral Minoxidil To My Regimen??

hi guys

im taking 1 year 0.5 dutasteride and 5 and 1/2 months oral spironolactone 200mg. i have good regrouwth on temples and thicker hair. do You think i wont get more regrowth/thickness or is it still too early for me? Also i want some more regrowth/thickness. as im a cisgender i doubt between 2 mg estrogen or 10 mg oral minoxidil. which does have more benefit???

Definitely 2mg estrogen with 10 mg min u will shedding a crazy amount of hairs at the beginning and don't know if u will go back to the baseline

I was loosing ground with oral minoxidil at dose 10 mg so I stopped taking it

Norwood 1 but I am diffusing very badly on crown area

Damn, going in with the big guns. What norwood you at? I've read oral min can give a nasty shed when you start it, but it's worth a try I guess if you're all out of options

im norwood 2-2.5 no crown loss but i just want more regrowth even though oral spironolactone 200 mg gives it. i have Agressive hairloss im afraid it will worsen.

You could try topical min + dermaroller to increase absorption and effectiveness. User Sombody ( check out his thread on here ) and users and people from reddit got insane regrowth from that. I'm doing it too and noticing much more than just topical min alone

nope. never had any side-effects. and i do monthly check-ups (all of them are positive).

Alternatively, you could become addicted to opiates ( not srs). I remember when I was on methadone maintenance my hair was thick af since it tanked my t and dht levels. Then I got off, face the most horrible withdrawal imaginable and once my hormones were all good I start losing my hair lmao. Sometimes life really drags its balls across your face tbh

Okay that’s good to hear. Keep monitoring. To be honest I’d stick with spironolactone for a full year with dutasteride before adding even more.

Also do you have any photos to accurately show the extent of your hair thinning?
