2 Ru58841 Questions Pls - (using Only Ru58841 )

Hi everybody!
I have two question for the users with RU58841 experience..
1.I am in my 3rd years using RU58841 (175mg with good results thanks god) and I am going to make hair tranplant.
I wondering how is the strength of the RU58841 in the long run (20 years ).

2.I dissolve the 1.25gram RU with 7.5ml propylene glycol and 17.5ml ethenol.
its OK if I dissolve the 1.25gram RU with 15ml propylene glycol and 35ml ethenol
and take evey day more of the solution but still the same amount of RU?
