I am a NW2...been on solely nizoral for maybe 5 months...Rogaine and Tricomin for about 2-3 weeks now and I noticed little stubs on my forehead about 2 days ago...all the way to the hairline i had back maybe 2-3 years...Ive just added spironolactone, replaced the rogaine and nizoral with dr.lees products (xandrox and shampoo)...so we'll see what happens from here with the inhibitors in play...ive always responded well to medication etc...so i didnt want to take anything like propecia or avodart to screw with my hormones

btw i work out at the gym everyday and do heavy supplementation with BCAA's, proteins, antioxidants and multivitamins so that may have played a minimal role

if anyones interested ill list them

Ok here it goes

1. Ice by Extreme Formulations (Powder) - Free Form Branch Chain Amino Acids & Glutamine...used preworkout

2. EAS Athletes' Antioxidant Blend (Pills) - Includes what many of you on the board are currently taking...includes Alpha-lipoic acid, RoseOx, Grape seed extract, green tea extract, vitamins A C E, and selenium...this one maybe one you guys might want to look into...used after lunch

3. MSM (Pills) - Self explanatory...4-5g a day...4 pills spread throughout the day

4. AST Multi-Pro 32x (Pills) - Pretty much like taking 2-3 centrums...but it has a stronger coating (or claims to) so more absorption occurs in the intestines...morning and night

5. NLarge2/Myoplex (Powder) - Whey Protein Powder...post workout and MRP

6. Just added Solaray Bio Zinc (Pills) - Strictly a B-6 and Zinc supplement i plan to use with EAS AAB after lunch...and at 5 dollars per 100 pills...it really couldnt hurt even though its not completely known whether these 2 help or not

I know it seems like a little much but its not so bad once you get into the routine...and its not like you're popping all these pills at once...its spread out...hope this helped

ps...i can definately confirm there is some sort of regrowth because some family members make fun of the peach fuzz when they get close enough to see it....

I cant really say for sure

Ice is definately the most recent addition...figured it wouldnt hurt to have some extra aminos floating around in my body :)...if anything I think that the guys using green tea extracts/grape seed extracts would find the EAS blend alot more convenient...and isnt selenium an active ingredient in dandruff shampoo? :p

Im not gonna jump the gun and get everyone all hyped up about what Im using...I still look like a regular NW2 with a nice shiny fivehead but I do notice tiny black nubs/alot more vellus hairs when I look into the mirror at certain angles; I still have doubts...whos to say that they'll go terminal or get larger...for all i know they may stay that size but Im crossing my fingers :)

#1 being the most recent...the list would be (i would just knock Nlarge out of the equation)

* Solaray BioZinc
1. Ice
2. MSM
3. EAS AAB
4. AST MultiPro 32x
5. NLarge2

If any of you do decide to pick something up...GOOD LUCK!

ps...My god MSM is nuts...4-5g/day...clip my nails EOD!
