My right temple has always been slightly higher than my left temple, but recently this month I've noticed my right temple recessing a lot harder. I've had a lot less sleep and more stress this past month than ever before because of school. IDK if that makes a difference. Also, my dad is pretty much in Norwood 5, and my grandpa on my dad's side is like that too. My grandpa on my mom's side had a pretty good hairline and so does my uncles. With my hair as is, should I start worrying? I plan on dermarolling and fixing my sleeping schedule. Should I look into finasteride or is it a matured hairline? Am I at Norwood 2? Thanks for any advice that you guys can give me. It would mean a lot.

If you feel you are loosing hair then you should try finasteride. I would monitor it closely for an additional few months before jumping the gun, take some photos and compare.

Sorry for the bump, but I would like more opinions. It's really bothering me not to know what to expect with my hairline. These pictures show a bit more about how much my temples have receded and how my hairline is beginning to form the v-shape. If anyone could tell me what Norwood or if it's just a normal maturing hairline thing at my age, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!!
