Sorry if this has been discussed before, I thought with all the talk recently of new topicals its worth having a look at this in regards to a lower systematic absorption solution to existing meds.

Theres also this , again apologies if its been discussed before but I think it helps in showing the effectiveness of topical finasteride

I think if your looking at a solution right here and right now going with H&Ws liposomal topical finasteride, minoxidil, nizoral (leaving on the scalp not washing off) then adding in some of the newer mechanisms we are seeing now with seti and ceti could help cover all basis's may be your very best bet.
I have recently started leaving nizoral shampoo (not cream) on scalp and notice straight away the burning feeling in my diffuse thinning area going, obviously it is an anti-inflammatory but who's to say that isn't having a direct effect on stopping the attack on the follicles, its been shown in studies that using the shampoo can help a minor amount in AA hairloss, now if it was left on for a much longer period of time say 8 hours instead of 2 or 3 minutes before showering it off, is it possible that the effects could be far greater? I guess its worth a shot until we have something else solid.
Also I think adding topical Valproic acid could really help with this protocol, it may also really help to wound but I would avoid wounding if using topical finasteride or dutasteride.
