The big treatments to watch out for will be Dr. Brotzu's lotion, Histogen, and definitive results for Kerastem. Icm not exaclty sure when Pollichem's topical finasteride will be available. Those seem to be the only noteworthy things. I'm praying and hoping for a miracle discovery, which I think is pretty likely given the rate at which science is advancing. Preferably in gene therapy or stem cell technology.

Polichem has to be released by then. It was in phase III like 6 months ago

What would be the best treatment (to get all of our hair back) before 2025? Just your opinions.

The only thing I'm hopeful of that will get all your hair back (a juvenile hairline) is a treatment from Tsuji. Everything else seems to be aimed at gaining back a norwood or two, which is still great.

Nobody knows, that's why they run clinical trials, to measure how effective the treatments are and to see which side effects might occur.

I’m excited to see new results from all stem cell technology based trials. And where can I get Dr. Takashi Tsuji’s new updates. And thank you so much Pray The Bald Away and David_MPN for your replies.

The poster hairloss23 says that a fair number of pewgot their setipiprant in late 2015.

By 2017, we will know if any of them had success, and thus if it is worth it to buy seti later on.

I am sure if you looked you will find similar threads every year for the past 15-20 years. There is always something "exiting" or "real close", but every year...nothing. I don't expect this year or next to be any different. The only thing that will without a doubt make it to store shelves is the latest snake oil.

Oh and of course there will be a breakthrough substance sold on a website run in china, by a guy with a name of a villain in a karate movie.

With the difference that there is not only one treatment that is in the development phase which we put our hopes in. There may be 3 cutting edge treatments coming out in 2017 in different parts of the world. The chance that we will see a better treatment in 2017 is higher in 2017 then it was the last years. It will be no cure and nothing like that but at least some glimpse of hope of what will about to come.

Replicel and Histogen's results so far have been underwhelming. The other two are SCAMS.
Replicel hasn't published or partaken in phase 2 trials, which is when efficacy will be demonstrated. Histogen had very impressive terminal hair count increases. Dr. Brotzu's cream has never been used by anyone in this community, or any other hair loss community for that matter. Kerastem is still a question mark but their pictures are very impressive. Pessimism for the sake of pessimism is completely unnecessary and useless.

There is a poster on HL2020 that's saying Replicel canceled their German trials - if that's true, that's it for Replicel.

They just started in the end of October last year. Is it really enough time to cancel the test already?

If we are to apply the tenets of pscyho-cybernetics then our best chance o finding a cure would be from a field that outside of the research dedicated to hair loss. Advances in other fields would bring us closer to a cure and not neccesarily hair loss research per se. I am not ruling the latter out entirely but pharma companies do have their interests to serve as a key priority.

Histogen's demonstration was somewhat underwhelming.

As a diffuse thinner, I am very interested in anything that has to do with WNT signalling (sabumed) or the potential that a topical JAK inhibitor depicts.

He said he "heard" that they canceled and he also said it while being extremely negative/pessimistic and ranting which the admin reprimanded him for - he's since apologized.

I wouldn't believe anything unless it came straight from the source - Replicel.
