Hey guys,
So like i said I'm 21 and just got my degree. More well put had 3 stressful years. Over those 3 years my diet has pretty much been horrible. Binging on junk food, skipping meals and what not. To top it off i'm a vegetarian. Before college i had really curly and thick hair. But i didnt notice the hair loss till my 3rd year. Looking at a few pictures from my second year i could see that the thickness had reduced. Currently my hair has become really thin and strandy. There is also a recession which i never paid attention to till recently. The recession was extremely fast. It happened over a course of 2 months after I'd gone backpacking across Europe where, again, my diet was poor. I've read that hairloss caused by poor diet is repairable but is 3 years a very long span? I've switched out my diet pattern since a month now and was wondering if it could help reverse the damage. If you guys want my current diet plan do lemme know.
