Indeed it looks like a v shaping is starting to grow. However I think i’ve always been like that. Furthermore, there is no bald history in my family just a n3 for some mens in their fourties/fifties, and my mom has also a v implantation

Low density... or you might go for DUPA (looking at your sides). Time will tell, but I fear thats really low density for 21.
