Does anyone know why my temple peak is more thin than my temples?

Also, I went to a family doctor 2 years ago, and she said it's normal but the b**ch just ran her fingers through my temples and said it's normal. I don't know if I should believe her. My hair hasn't really changed since as I was taking pics every few months.
