Hello guys! I recently noticed that my whorl is kinda big as I compared it to some of my friends. Is it thinning or is my whorl just big? I didn't really notice this until now so I'm not sure if I have to consult a doctor or not.

I think you should probably monitor it for now. If it aggravates, get on the treatments- Finasteride, Minoxidil and Ketoconazole. It's too early to use anything, even minoxidil.
I won't suggest complex things like Bicalutamide to anyone at that stage of hair loss.
Regular monitoring is enough for now. Weekly snaps are enough.

just a big whorl,not balding.considering your family history is very helpful in figuring out your odds and evens.not just baldness but every major health risk could be anticipated by family history.

Well pattern baldness is dominant at my father's side (he said he noticed balding late 30s) while my mother's side doesn't have pattern baldness.

Right now you are not balding. But if pattern baldness is present in several paternal relatives of you then it is definitely an indication that you will probably going to follow them.but as said your maternal side has no male pattern baldness ,so I think your chances of loosing mane are 50:50 .

When it comes to male pattern baldness ,My maternal side is worse and paternal side is great.I am Norwood 2 stabilized or slightly thinning at 33.
