I think most would argue you to be a NW2 because of the V shaped hairline but i think thats probably more your natural hairline - i'd put you at NW1.5. You've got great density though. Whats your family history like ? I'd say take a series of photos in your bathroom, then in 6 months take the same photos in the same light and go from there.
I have the same issue except my left temple has always been higher. Have your temples always been uneven. I also recommend parting your hair to the left to take the strain off your left temple. It takes a while put you can train your hair. (Thats what I did)
