22 Yr Old Losing Hair Since I Was 17

Hi,

I will have a hairtransplant with a fue procedure in Turkey for 4000 grafts.
How far up the norwood scale am I?
Can I still save this and make it look thicker without concealers?

That looks kinda tough.

I think medical intervention should be tried for atleast 12-24 months before you even start to think about a hair transplant.

Finasteride + minoxidil asap if you haven't already.
