22yo. What i've to expect from my Androgenetic Alopecia? Photo

I'm 22yo, losing my hair since 18.
I've listened up to 2 doctors who said i've not-aggressive Androgenetic Alopecia and its course would be very very slow.

Cure:
Started minoxidil 5% 1 year ago.
Started Propecia just this week, according with the last doctor

Q:
What you can say about my situation? I've started taking finasteride too late to hope regrowth especially in temples? What i've to expect from my Androgenetic Alopecia during the next years?
