23 Need Advice Hair Thinning Crown

I have posted a previous thread which has yet to have some replies. Like I have said before , I am extremely confident in posting on this since I have seen some of the issues and stories and it has really made me want to express myself in a way I can't in the real world.

I am a 23 year old man and in the last 2 years I have noticed that the hair on my crown is starting to thing rapidly , however I have always had thick hair and I still have thick hair apart from specific area on my crown vertex. I would like if anyone had an opinion or advice on what to do.

I have currently been on rogain for 5 months solid , biotin tablet once a day with1 saw palmento as well. I would just like to know if I can conquer this as this is taking over my mind every single day and it's a killer .

Please let me know your story or what this looks like! My brother lost his hair at 23 real bad but my dad has hair and so does every other family member. I believe it's because I work in a very stressful job .

It also shows in these photos under some lighting it looks fine but others not so much. Killing me
