I've been following my hair for the last 4 years. I've always had a big forehead and high temples, but for the past 4 years I haven't seen much difference in the temples. But lately I've been worrying about my crown and it seems like hair is getting thinner (specially the crown). What do you guys think? So far I've only used some vitamins and oils like castor oil + coconut (once a week), fenugreek + coconut (couple of times a week) and nizoral shampoo (once a week). All these pics were taken over the last two weeks. Thank you all.

I've pretty much had a widow's peak for a long time now. For example these two pics are from june 2021:

Have you considered a FUE hair transplant before, they are very popular at the moment & not to expensive. You have to choose the clinic carefully & make sure they are registered with the Turkish Health Ministry. I could point you in the right direction, if you send me a bit more information.
