24 years old/Diffuse Balding

Hey guys,I've been balding since I was 17 years old.Been shaving my head bald the last few months but was wondering how bad my hairloss looked,if I continued to do nothing to treat it,by what age do you guys think it'd start to look a lot worse, and is it even worth treating?Hairloss has really dented my self esteem.Totally sucks.Here's some pics.

Yeah you have pretty aggressive hair loss if you do nothing it will be gone prob in a few years it looks(of course no one can know for sure). I would hop on propecia and rogaine immediately you never know how well you might respond.

You have a good shape head though for shaving it
