i’ve been noticing my hair becoming harder to style since I was 22. I’ve generally been known to have very thick hair, and people still see it that way, somehow. I shaved my hair extremelly short in an effort to forget about the thinning, but to no avail as it actually seems to become more noticable when my hair is short. Is there a way to restore some of my coverage at the top? My sides aren’t really receding yet, but the part in the middle of my head and the crown of my head just seem to make my scalp more visible over time.

If i was you i would be looking into taking finasteride and see how it goes. If it stabilises your loss i would then use minoxidl for regrowth. minoxidil is good for the crown.

Agreed. Generic finasteride is now crazy low price like $16 at COSTCO for 3 months supply.

Really? I thought you needed like a prescription for it or something. If this is true I would buy some today. I ordered some on Alldaychemist before but ran out of supply

My hair was exactly like yours when it was short-and I was only 19.Idk if I regrew something with finasteride but shedding is gone.If you want to keep your hair short than you should try finasteride and minoxidil+dermarolling, you should regrow a good amout of hair.

I went to my primary physician ($20 co-pay). Got a prescription. Went to Cost Co. $21 for 3 months... Prescription has like 2 refills... So 9 months finasteride = $20 DR Visit, $21 3 months, $16 3 months, $14 3 months = $71 basically for the year if I cut some of the pills in half.
