24 yr old half asian - can I still transpLant?

Hi everyone, I need some help here about hair transplant. Im currently 24 yr old, half czech/asian, from circa 17-18 im experiencing higher hairline and hair density lose. Since end of 2018 i started using minoxidil foam but kinda really didnt see any improvement(maybe it just slowed up), that was by the time i started to see M shape on front. Backside was still ok and top of head…

I actually stopped taking minoxidil 2 times and then started again. Main reason was that hair was so dry and looked like more like a pubical hairs and was also weird stucture. Around end of 2020 i decided to stop completely. Its been 6 months and Im seeing probably a lose that minoxidil maintained from and getting densility loss around the whole head. Photos are from yesterday
Im already long time decided that I will undergo a hair transplant in turkey but not really sure what my steps now should be. Should I start to taking minoxidil again if I saw such lose after stop taking it, or should I just go ahead and make a transplant now, or wait until I lose more front hair? Im actually counting on 2 or more transplants as long as It will do the result to look nice…but dont really want to result that I will make a 1st transplant and by the time I will have a hole at the back of my hair

What do you guys think about my state?
Can I still get good results? Whar my sucess will be ? My sideline and back hair are still OK as you can see. Dont really want to look like 40 at 26 yrs. And I dont really have a good shape to be bald.. im actually ready to take finasteride or minoxidil after the transplant if necessary.

So what should be my next steps?

Make hair transplant straighaway?
Start taking minoxidil until it wont help anymore(will it even help when I start taking it for 3rd time)?

Minoxidil without finasteride is rather pointless.

If I were you I would get on 1mg finasteride and wait a while to see if your hair loss stabilizes.

Most reputable clinics will give you the same recommendation.

I mean I would surely like to have transplant someday. I do have access to "Penester 1mg" in tablets. But isnt 1mg kinda high? Have been seeing people applying 0.25mg or 0.5mg. I really dont wanna have some kind of side effects like brain fog, depressions, libido problems, etc.

From what I saw looks like when i ended to take minoxidil in december, the density really went down from forehead through the whole head..
Not really sure how to behave in this situation if I should keep taking this stuff or not, when I wanna get a transplant lets say around march when the weather is colder.

If you do some reading and look at the finasteride dht inhibition curve, 0.5mg isn't much different than 1mg. Might as well do the dose that was done in the studies.

Nobody wants those side effects. It is a question of do you mind taking a risk for them versus the reality of losing more hair, which will certainly happen to you if you do nothing.

I mean I would probably be able to take 0.5 or 1, the thing is I have to buy it on the secondary market so really dont want to waste it too much.
I live in Switzerland everything is kinda expensive here.
Is there any way to buy this stuff worldwide? I would even consider dark web or something like that just need to buy legit stuff.
