Hello Everyone,

I am new on that forum an I want thank you first for the future comments you will hopefully post after this message :) English is not my mother language so I will ask you to be nice with some expression I might be missing...

So basically I am 26 years old and totally obsessed by the possibility of losing my hair. I say possibility as for now the situation is not dramatic I guess but I can't stop checking how it is moving and my perception is that it is quite visible now. So please have a look to below picture and tell me honestly what you think.

- Do you see the signs that I am starting losing my hair?
- I have been taken finasteride over the past 14 months does that make sense for you?
- Still have to wash my hair everyday otherwise it's to oily (almost for 2 years now)... Using very smooth shampoos and once or twice a week Nizoral for itchiness and dandruff. Losing about 90 hairs a days mainly during shampoo, comb and drying, it has been like that at least for the past 7 years (since I ma concerned by hair loss). Do you believe it's normal?

Your hairline looks fine to me, but it does appear that your hair is thinning a bit, with dirty or wet hair it's quite apparent, but in the other pictures it looks fine, though it's quite early stages. If you've been on finasteride for over a year and it's still getting worse though, then that is a cause for concern. I advise going to see a hairloss specialist. Perhaps finasteride is not strong enough? Maybe consider dutasteride and adding minoxidil to your regime?

Not sure this is actually going worse... I am checking everyday that quite difficult to have a clear picture. Just concerned by the number of hairs that are falling after every shampoo but can't really see a major evolution. I actually would say that since one year they look better and overall more density.

Still when they are wet or dirty this is shocking me comparing when they are dry.

No one else on the pictures? Anyone that was in my situation couple of years ago? I am interested to see if i can keep it to that level at least till I will turn 30 :)
Do you think I should start Rogaine?
I often should I use Nizoral?

Your hair looks pretty good. It seems to be thinning a bit in the crown, but nothing major. You could very well keep your hair like that into your thirties, or you could see loss. Using Nizoral 2-3 times a week is best. If you want to thicken up your crown, start Rogaine. That said, the thinning isn't that bad so it's up to you - applying rogaine 2x a day could be a pain.

Thanks for your feedback.
Is that noticeable for someone that won't be used to check that kind of signs?
2 last pics show evolution in time can you see any difference?

I am already taking finasteride and nizoral I guess I will save the Rogaine option if I see that it is getting worse...

You're already taking finasteride and nizoral so just add rogaine and then you're doing everything you possibly can to combat hairloss. You're in an extremely good place to tackle hairloss since you have a very good head of hair besides a tiny bit of thinning on the crown and adding Rogaine will probably combat that
